Cut Section Model of Four Stroke Petrol Engine AZA1253

The AZA1253 Cut Section Model of Four Stroke Petrol Engine by AZALAB is a precision-engineered educational training model designed to provide a clear and practical understanding of four-stroke petrol engine construction and operation. Developed specifically for engineering colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, vocational training centers, and automotive laboratories, this model presents a detailed sectional view of an actual four-stroke petrol engine.

The cutaway design exposes all major internal components, allowing students to visually study how mechanical and thermodynamic processes occur inside the engine during each stroke—intake, compression, power, and exhaust.

Description

Description

Design & Construction

The AZA1253 features a professionally cut and sectioned petrol engine, carefully painted with distinct color coding to differentiate between components. Key engine parts such as the cylinder block, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, camshaft, valves, oil pump, carburetor, and fuel system are clearly visible for instructional clarity.

To ensure long-term durability and a professional finish, selected components are chromium-plated and galvanized. The engine is securely mounted on a rigid iron base frame, providing excellent stability during demonstrations and manual operation.

Functional Demonstration

The engine is manually operated using a crank handle, allowing instructors to slowly rotate the engine and explain each stage of the four-stroke cycle in detail. The inclusion of a flywheel ensures smooth rotation, making it easy to demonstrate valve timing, piston movement, and crankshaft rotation in synchronization.

The dissectible construction enables instructors to focus on individual subsystems and explain their functions clearly without the need for external power or fuel.
