Flask Heater System

  • 24 V low-voltage spiral heating coil with Ceran glass support

  • Automatic flask lift and forced-air cooling post-test

  • Automatic detection of flask setup and sensor placement


 Condenser & Cooling

  • Version 3.0: Solid-state Peltier cooling on stainless-steel condenser (0–80 °C)

  • Version 2.0: CFC-free refrigerated cooling

  • PID-controlled with clean-condenser alert


 Receiver Chamber

  • Non-corrosive receiver, with PID control (0–60 °C) and over-temp/door-open alarms

  • Optical volume tracking and automatic residue/loss calculations

  • Vapor temperature: PT100 Class A probe (0–450 °C, ±0.1 °C resolution)

  • Optical volume measurement (0.1 mL accuracy)
