VEE BEE CONSISTOMETER AZA1101

AZA1101 Vee Bee Consistometer is a laboratory-grade concrete testing instrument designed for measuring the workability of stiff and low-slump concrete mixes with high accuracy. It is widely used in construction material testing laboratories, civil engineering institutes, infrastructure projects, and quality control departments.

This equipment performs both slump test and Vee Bee time test, providing dual accuracy in concrete consistency evaluation. It is especially ideal for testing dry, roller-compacted concrete and pavement concrete mixes, where traditional slump tests alone are not sufficient.

The unit is equipped with a precision vibrating table that ensures uniform vibration and repeatable testing results. It comes as a complete set including a standard slump cone, transparent cylindrical container, graduated rod with metal disc, and a powerful vibration unit.

Manufactured from heavy-duty, powder-coated steel, the AZA1101 offers excellent durability and stable performance even under continuous laboratory use. The apparatus is designed and built in compliance with IS 1199 and ASTM C1170 standards, ensuring reliable, repeatable, and internationally accepted test results.

Its easy-to-use design, low maintenance requirement, and robust construction make the AZA1101 a dependable solution for professionals involved in construction material testing and concrete quality control.

VIBRATING TABLE AZA1168

The AZA1168 Vibrating Table is a high-performance compaction system engineered to deliver consistent, uniform, and reliable consolidation of concrete in laboratory molds. Designed for civil engineering labs, QA/QC departments, material testing facilities, and construction R&D centers, this unit ensures effective removal of entrapped air and improves density in freshly cast specimens—resulting in stronger and more accurate test samples.

Built with a robust steel platform and powered by a 1 HP heavy-duty motor, the AZA1168 delivers adjustable vibration frequency up to 3600 VPM, allowing technicians to fine-tune compaction based on slump, mix design, and mold size. The table is mounted on vibration-absorbing rubber pads, which improve stability, reduce external vibration transfer, and minimize operational noise.

The table supports a variety of concrete molds including:
• 150 mm cube molds
• 150 mm × 300 mm cylinder molds
• 100 mm × 100 mm × 500 mm beam molds
• Multiple molds simultaneously for high-throughput testing

Engineered for precision and durability, the AZA1168 complies with IS 10086:1982, ASTM C192, and IS 516 (Part 2) requirements for laboratory compaction of concrete specimens.
