Working Principle

• Top-Mounted Fan: Extracts air from the laboratory into the cabinet, generating negative pressure to prevent chemical vapors from escaping.

• Gas Filtration: Harmful gases pass through a multi-layer molecular filtration system that traps toxic molecules and particulates. Clean air is then released back into the lab.

• Continuous Air Purification: Purifies laboratory air 24/7 to maintain a safe, clean working environment (recommended to keep the cabinet running at all times).

AZA Lab Safety Cabinets are designed for the safe storage of flammable, combustible, and weakly corrosive chemicals. They are color-coded for convenience and safety:

• Yellow Cabinets: Store flammable chemicals with flash points below 45°C, such as gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, methanol, and ethanol.

• Red Cabinets: Store flammable chemicals with flash points above 45°C, such as diesel, engine oil, lubricating oil, and tung oil.

• Blue Cabinets: Store weakly corrosive chemicals, weak acids, and bases, such as acetic acid, carbonic acid, phosphoric acid, and silicic acid.

Using appropriately sized and color-coded cabinets ensures organized, efficient, and safe storage of hazardous chemicals, improving workflow in laboratories and industrial environments.
