Construction & Design
The machine features a stress-relieved fabricated steel frame, ensuring dimensional stability and reduced distortion during prolonged operation. A hard chrome-plated, precision-ground column enables smooth and accurate vertical movement of the saw frame, enhancing cutting consistency and blade life.
An automatic height adjustment mechanism allows precise positioning of the saw frame based on material size, improving cutting efficiency and repeatability.
Cutting Performance & Control
The AZA1193 is equipped with variable pressure control for cutting feed, enabling the operator to adjust feed force according to material type, size, and hardness. This ensures cleaner cuts, reduced blade wear, and optimized productivity.
