Gasoline Oxidation Stability Tester AZA1318

The AZA1318 Gasoline Oxidation Stability Tester from AZA Lab is a fully automated laboratory instrument designed to determine the oxidation stability of gasoline using the induction period method, in strict accordance with GB/T 8018-2015 and ASTM D525.

Oxidation stability testing is essential for evaluating a gasoline’s resistance to degradation during storage and use. By subjecting fuel samples to accelerated oxidation conditions, the AZA1318 accurately measures the induction period, providing reliable insight into fuel quality, shelf life, and compliance with regulatory specifications.

Description

Description

Operating Principle

The AZA1318 measures the time required for gasoline to undergo rapid oxidation under controlled temperature and oxygen pressure conditions. The pressure drop inside the oxygen bomb is continuously monitored and recorded. The induction period is automatically determined when oxidation accelerates, ensuring objective, repeatable, and operator-independent results.
