DLC VIBRATING HAMMER FOR CONCRETE MOULDS AZA1169

The AZA 1169 DLC Vibrating Hammer is a high-efficiency compaction tool engineered for consistent, reliable consolidation of concrete in moulds and formworks. Designed for demanding applications in construction sites, precast units, and civil engineering laboratories, this vibrating hammer ensures dense, void-free concrete specimens that meet stringent quality and structural standards.

Built with a high-strength alloy steel body and powered by a 220–240V heavy-duty motor, the AZA 1169 delivers 10,000–12,000 vibrations per minute (VPM), enabling fast and uniform compaction. Its ergonomic design reduces operator fatigue, while its precision vibration system ensures optimal penetration into the concrete matrix.

Key Features & Benefits

Efficient Concrete Compaction
Removes entrapped air and eliminates honeycombing, improving compressive strength and durability.

Professional-Grade Build
Constructed with a robust alloy steel casing designed for continuous operation in both lab and field conditions.

Fast & Cleaner Operation
Outperforms manual tamping and impact methods, achieving quicker compaction with higher consistency.

Universal Application
Suitable for cube, cylinder, beam, column, and precast moulds commonly used in ASTM, IS, and EN standards.

Portable & Ergonomic
Compact body, optimized tamper foot, and balanced vibration output for extended use with reduced fatigue.

Standards
Meets requirements for concrete compaction practices as per ASTM C 232 and EN 480-4.

How It Works

The DLCHammer delivers high-frequency vibrations through a flat tamping foot. When pressed on the concrete surface or mould, the vibrations travel deep into the mix, dislodging trapped air and facilitating uniform settlement. This ensures full compaction—especially vital for high-strength and low-slump concrete.

Applications

  • Concrete cube, cylinder, beam, and column moulds

  • Precast concrete components

  • Laboratory compaction for mix design testing

  • Slab, beam & architectural formwork

  • Quality control environments (QA/QC labs)

  • Field sampling and detailing work
